Shipping policy

Currently, we only ship within the lower 48 US States. If we ship a product worldwide, it will be stated clearly on the product page. All types of shipping for the USA are free. But we will charge a fixed amount for the rest of the world.

  • We Do Not Ship to PO/APO Boxes, HI or Alaska. Please only use your genuine residential addresses.
  • We Do Not Ship Outside of the Continental USA. If you want to buy a product from outside of the USA, please contact us. An additional shipping charge will be applied for this.
  • All items shipped within 24-72 hours of cleared payment.
  • For large items that require Freight shipping, a valid phone number is required to call and schedule your delivery. You are obliged to provide this information before placing an order.

Returns / Concerns:

  • All items qualify for returns within 14 – 30 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping on any item that is not damaged.
  • Please be sure this is an item you want before making your purchase. Customer Satisfaction is our TOP priority. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
  • All items are IN STOCK at the time of listing.
  • Our Inventory changes constantly and it is impossible to maintain a perfectly accurate count of all items.
  • Please do not leave a negative if we have to issue you a refund!
